TRACK: Promoting work based learning in foreign companies

Go to content

Learning does not only takes place in the formal school environment, but also during life, other training courses, social activities and work.

The problem is that the recognition of the competences which are required in these "different contexts" is often difficult. However, they are very valuable for both the learner as the future employers.

When using a model to recognize the skills acquired in another context, it will improve the chances of young people on the labour market.

TRACK aims to set up a network of hosting foreign companies, which will use a common system of validation and (IT) instruments.
